When you begin the design process with us we pay careful attention to your requirements for your new home. We have spent countless hours developing our stock plans, painstakingly optimizing the spacial layout and aesthetics of each home. However, if your requirements are not met in the plans we have available, we can customize a design for you. Most of the time, our clients have researched design options and have a fairly good idea of how the home is to be laid out. However, the chosen lot may not allow the design to be built exactly to the layout. This is the case where our expertise in lot (home) development and design comes into play. We will take the design parameters that you have thoughtfully brought to us and conform the home design to fit the lot.
